Shanghai Tang... listed on its menu, in addition to soup dumplings, dishes like Dry Fish Tripe with Pork Sinew. Translated menus are always a joy. I once had "Gratinated farinaceous" in a Yugoslavian restaurant. Turned out pretty obvious once it arrived.
