In an earlier post I linked to an excellent alphabet site; now a comment by Cassidy Curtis has led me to his own page, the alphabet's bastard children, which focuses on invented rather than actual alphabets. Enjoy.

It occured to me to run the font through Identifont (http://www.identifont.com/identify.html). Unfortunately I ended up having to answer "Not sure" on so many questions that it finally gave up after the thirtieth question, at which point it was down to 12 possible fonts. It claims that the closest match is "Typewriter Gothic" but I have my doubts.
